Lawn Care Program

Fertilization Specialist Lawn Care Program is designed for North Central Texas soils and grass types.This lawn care program provides both micro and macro nutrients with timely weed control applications through the season. Each lawn is inspected for weeds, diseases and surface feeding insects. We help each customer get the most out of this eight step program by providing, excellent customer service.


Round 1

This liquid application consist of pre and post-emergent weed control for your lawn. This will help control both winter grasses and broadleaf weeds.

Round 2

We help your lawn come out of dormancy and enhance the color by stimulating the root system with a granular fertilizer that contains potassium, magnesium, and sulfur. Broadleaf weeds are treated with a post-emergent herbicide as needed. 

Round 3

A balanced slow-release granular fertilizer containing micro and macro-nutrients will be applied to your lawn. This will green up and prepare your lawn for summer conditions. Both broadleaf and grassy weeds are treated with a post-emergent herbicide as needed.

Round 4

A balanced slow release granular or liquid  fertilizer will be applied to your lawn. We will inspect the lawn for surface feeding insects and disease problems. Both broadleaf and grassy weeds are treated with a post-emergent herbicide as needed.

Round 5

A balanced granular or liquid slow release fertilizer will be applied. Both grassy and broadleaf weeds are treated with a post-emergent herbicide. The lawn will be inspected for both surface feeding insects and disease problems.

Round 6

A balanced slow release granular fertilizer with a pre-emergent herbicide will be applied. This will help control both cool season grasses and broadleaf weeds. Existing weeds are spot treated with a post-emergent herbicide.

Round 7

Soil amendment fertilizer is applied to the lawn to prepare for winter conditions and improve the soil's structure. Broadleaf weeds are treated with a post-emergent herbicide as needed.

Round 8

This liquid application consist of pre and post-emergent weed control for your lawn. This will help control both cool season grasses and broadleaf weeds.
